Following graduation from Southwestern Law School in 2011, Evan spent over a decade as a litigation paralegal and worker’s compensation hearing representative for a top Ventura County Law Firm. Finding great success in case negotiations, and achieving a firm-wide record for the most negotiations accomplished in one day, Mr. Frank spent many years skillfully perfecting his abilities in client advocacy and courtroom representation.
In March 2024, Evan brought his refined skills to the Law Offices of Christopher Chaney as a practicing attorney. Mr. Frank’s combination of complex analytical skills and meticulous legal drafting abilities are instrumental to the success of the cases he manages.
