David Kestenbaum founded criminal defense law firm Kestenbaum Law Group, APC, in 2014 after achieving many years of experience as a prosecutor and firm partner. He represents individuals who are being investigated or prosecuted for any misdemeanor or felony in Southern California, relying on his skills as an expert negotiator and trial attorney to achieve the best possible results for his clients. With a mission to protect the rights and interests of his clients, as well as minimize the negative effects an arrest or conviction can have on their lives and careers, Mr. Kestenbaum turns the legal process a learning experience. He dedicates his undivided time and knowledge to each client in hopes of helping prevent future mistakes and charges.
David has a proven track record of success in handling complex and challenging cases, including anti-paparazzi laws, drug DUIs, and first amendment issues.
